Refund policy

• A full refund zeros remaining Units for that order.
• A partial refund reduces Units in proportion to the remaining amount. A fully refunded order always reaches 0 Units.
• An opened dispute does not remove Units.
• A lost dispute or a capture reversal reduces Units by the disputed or reversed amount.
• Failed research jobs release reserved Units in full.
• A search that is created and then never finishes releases its reserved Units after 15 minutes.
• Units already consumed by a finished search stay consumed unless this order is refunded.
• Email or WhatsApp the seller to ask for a refund. This page does not set an automatic refund window or a same-day processing promise.
